REGISTRATION

The participants of the categories with * will need to present a certification of their profession (professional id, letter from the director of the clinic where they work)

The registration covers:

• participation to the scientific program,
• certificate of attendance with the CME-CPD credits,
• access to the exhibition area.

Fees are applicable to 24% VAT upon issuance of the relevant invoice.

ACCOMMODATION

Price includes:
1 night accommodation single room / double for single use, bed & breakfast.

* From January 1st 2018 a tax accommodation per room per stay, apply to all stays. This tax is payable by the quest, at the hotel’s reception upon check out.

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION / ACCOMMODATION

Payment can be effected either:

• By bank remittance stating the meeting’s title, as well as the name of the participant:
  To Alpha Bank to the order of ERA Ltd Account No: 101.00.2002044307, IBAN Code: GR 660140 1010101002002044307
  Charges to be paid by sender
  Written confirmation will be sent by ERA Ltd, upon receiving your Registration form
• By major credit cards. Please complete the relevant information at Registration/Reservation form
  Written confirmation will be sent by ERA Ltd, upon receiving your Registration form.

CANCELLATION FEES

Registration fees are non refundable

ACCOMMODATION

All changes or cancellations have to be made in written to ERA Ltd.
Please do not contact the hotel directly

Cancellations received by December 31st 2023: No cancellation fees apply.
Cancellations received from January 10th 2024: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
Cancellations received after January 10th 2024: 100% cancellations fees apply.
