We are pleased to invite you for yet another year to the annual Congress of the Hellenic Society of Intraocular Implant & Refractive Surgery, to our longtime established meeting with our fellow ophthalmologists, seniors and residents, as well as all our partners, optometrists, nurses and representatives of the pharmaceutical and technological equipment companies.
The 40th International Congress of the Hellenic Society of Intraocular Implant & Refractive Surgery will be held on March 12-14, 2026 in the familiar premises of the Megaron Athens International Conference Center and we look forward to welcoming you all there!
As every year, the scientific program will feature distinguished ophthalmologists from around the world, such as Joaquin Fernandez, Andrzej Grzybowski, Cosimo Mazzotta, Mayank Nanavaty, Vincenzo Sarnicola and Soosan Jacob, who will also receive the 2026 Fyodorov Award.
All the latest scientific and technological developments in the fields of cataract, corneal and refractive surgery will be at the heart of the scientific program, with free paper presentations, video presentations, e-posters, instructional courses and round table discussions, while this year special emphasis will be placed on interactivity in all scientific sessions of the program.
Of course, one of the highlights of our Congress has always been and remains the largest exhibition of ophthalmological surgical and diagnostic machines, tools and pharmaceutical products organized in Greece.
With many new ideas and surprises, we believe that we will be able to offer you 3 days rich in scientific knowledge and constructive professional and social interaction.
